Anti-corruption policies
We clearly indicate our anti-corruption policy and approach in our Code of Corporate Ethics and our Declaration of Conduct by Officers and Employees, the latter of which translates the code into actionable guidelines for officers and employees. We communicate these principles both internally and externally. We will continue striving to ensure compliance, enhance our corporate ethics, and fulfill our social responsibilities.
Anti-corruption initiatives
Beyond relevant laws and regulations, we comply with voluntary industry rules as well as other domestic and international norms and their spirit. We also strive to respect local cultures and customs across countries and regions where we operate and maintain a social conscience in our business activities (“Compliance”). To that end, we have permanently established the Compliance Control Committee and communicate our anti-corruption policy as explicitly stated in our Code of Corporate Ethics and Declaration of Conduct by Officers and Employees through our regular anti-corruption training sessions. We also raise awareness among all employees through our monthly e-learning sessions.
