Production Technology DepartmentLocation: Kyoto

Supports smooth transfer from the lab to full-scale production and is responsible for mass-production design, introduction of new equipment, and design modifications. The department also advances short-term studies on mass-production processes.

Handles short-term projects focused on existing products, promoting initiatives that support the company’s earnings base, including quality stabilization, raw material substitution, cost reduction, and formulation improvements.

Conducts R&D on materials for IT and electronic applications such as communications equipment and displays, focusing on UV-curable monomers and oligomers, waterborne urethanes, low-dielectric resins, and ionic liquids.
