About the Grievance Mechanism (Complaint Handling System)

The DKS Group (hereinafter the “DKS Group”) promotes initiatives to respect human rights in accordance with the “DKS Group Human Rights Policy,” ensuring that our corporate activities do not cause or contribute to any negative human rights impacts.
Should any negative impact on human rights occur or be suspected as a result of the Group’s business activities, we are committed to seeking remedies to the best of our ability through appropriate procedures.

Regarding Consultations

Eligible Users

Individuals, including stakeholders within our supply chain, who have suffered negative human rights impacts (damages) resulting from the DKS Group’s business activities in violation of international norms of business and human rights or the domestic laws of relevant countries are eligible.
Please note that while we accept anonymous consultations, doing so may limit our ability to accurately grasp or identify the facts regarding the negative impact and restrict the Group’s ability to investigate and respond to the matter. We ask for your understanding in this regard.

Handling of Consultations Outside the Scope

Please be aware that, in principle, we are unable to respond to consultations from individuals other than the eligible users listed above.

Examples: Matters unrelated to human rights, as defined by international norms or domestic laws, fall outside the scope of this mechanism, such as interpersonal conflicts in the workplace, dissatisfaction with employment conditions, or complaints, inquiries, and reports regarding services or products.

Process Following Consultation

Following consultation with the above contact point, our group shall endeavour to conduct appropriate investigations and take appropriate action as outlined below.
